Vickie Cockayne Hansen, 55, of Beaufort, SC, died Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital. The family will receive friends and family on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 3 pm followed by the funeral service at 3:30 pm in Carl Anderson Memorial Chapel. Ms. Vickie was born on August 5, 1959 in Jacksonville, Florida to Annie Elizabeth Cockayne of Orange City, Florida and the late Munson Cockayne Sr. Surviving is a son, Christopher Bowman of Beaufort, SC; and a daughter, Aarin Skinner of Deltona, FL; three brothers, Munson Cockayne Jr. of Orange City, FL; Robert Cockayne of Orange City, FL; and James Cockayne of Tampa, FL; and four sisters, Shirley Yoakum of Saint Helena Island, SC; Jennilyn Green of Deltona, FL; Mistie Veillon of Beaumont, TX; and Kimberly Thompson of Seattle, WA. Many thanks to the staff of Bayview Manor, Harbor, who so lovingly cared for Vickie in her final years.
