Ronald Whittney Clark, 71, of Spotsylvania, VA, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Mary Washington Hospital, in Fredericksburg, VA.\n Ronald was preceded in death by his loving wife Norma Clark. Ron is survived by his three daughters, Mona Murray, of Charleston, SC, Kathleen Elrod, of Spotsylvania, VA, and Haydee Morris of Summerville, SC. Ron was a loving lolo (grandfather) of 11; and a great grandfather to one. His grandchildren include Kaitlyn, Madison, Colton, Taylor, Ethan, Jason, Brandon, Merissa, Allysa, Jonathan, Sean, and Koa.\n Ron was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and spent his youth in Maine. As an adult, he spent 20 years in the United States Navy as a storekeeper. Following this, he retired at Lowes after 20 more years of service.\n Before moving to Virginia, Ronald was an active minister at Heritage Baptist Church in Goose Creek, South Carolina. Ronald loved to spread the Word of God, as he told everyone "God is good, ALL the time". He also loved spending time with his daughters and grandchildren, and watching the Macgyver.\n A funeral service is scheduled for 12:00 PM on December 22, 2021 at The Beaufort National Memorial Cemetery, 1601 Boundary St, Beaufort, SC 29902. Pastor Allen Young will officiate.
