Remee Liggitt Obituary (1945

Remee Liggitt, 71, wife of Donald R. Liggitt, Sr., for over 52 years, of Beaufort, SC passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at her residence. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 from 5-7 PM at Anderson Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 11 AM at Shell Point Baptist Church with burial to follow at Beaufort National Cemetery. Remee was born on February 4, 1945 in Allegheny County, PA to the late George Rodwoan Ruben and Julia Davis Ruben. She was a homemaker and a member of Shell Point Bapist Church. Surviving in addition to her husband, Donald; are two sons, Donald Liggitt, Jr. and his wife Becky and Charles Liggitt; two sisters, Rayna Chaber and Janny Hinkle; five grandchildren, Stephanie, Shane, Cheyenne, Joshua and Colton and many dear family friends. Remee's life was defined by the way she exemplified Christ and loved her family. She will be greatly missed. The family will accept flowers or donations to Shell Point Baptist Youth.
