Norma Delilah Grace, 75, of Hilton Head Island, SC, formerly Manchester, NJ passed away early morning on May 16, 2021 at her residence. Born on May 8, 1946 in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, Norma resided in Hilton Head Island with her husband, son, daughter-in-law, and 4 of her grandchildren.\n \nNorma graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Chubb Institute, after she went on to become a Data Processor and Project Manager at Rutgers University from 1985 to 2010. She was a bright-spirited light who loved to be involved and active in her community.\n \nNorma was predeceased by her mother, Lydia Smith; sisters, Carmen Seda and Evelyn McCartney; grandson, Philip Michaels. She is survived by her husband Philip Grace, married 54 years; brother Robert Smith and his wife Sahar of Bordentown, NJ; daughter Lydia Capellupo and her husband Dan of Jackson, NJ; son Glen Grace and his wife Bridgette of Hilton Head Island, SC; 6 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and loving friends. Norma loved to be surrounded by family and will be missed by all who knew her.\n \nVisitation will be held on Saturday, May 22nd from 4-6pm at Anderson Funeral Home at 611 Robert Smalls Pkwy, Beaufort, SC, 29906. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, May 23th at 11am at the Funeral Home.\nIn lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Norma to Agape Care Hospice at 1817 Boundary Street, Beaufort, SC, 29902."
