Lannie Ray Stokes Obituary (1961

Lannie Ray Stokes, 50, of Beaufort, SC, passed away peacefully in his sleep, Monday, July 16, 2012 at his residence. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 20, 2012 from 4-5:30pm at Anderson Funeral Home. Lannie was born on September 16, 1961 in Fort Campbell, KY. He is the son of the late Leo Claude Stokes and Wilma Ann Brown Stokes. Surviving are one son, Jeff Collins of Beaufort, SC; two daughters, Carolyne Maraya Adams of Beaufort, SC and Ashleigh Francesca Adams of Southboro, MA; two sisters, Luann Stokes Flanagan of Aiken, SC and Lisa Stokes Bush of Murfreesboro, TN; four brothers, Leland Stokes of Louisville, KY, Leonard Stokes of Beaufort, SC, Leo Stokes of Hilton Head, SC and Lane Stokes of Murfreesboro, TN; four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Debra Jeanine Adams. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations can be sent to Wingmen Club or Anderson Funeral Home for the family.
