Frank R. Rice, Jr. 92 of Dataw Island, SC, passed peacefully with family by his side at his residence on Monday, October 9, 2023. Born in St Louis, MO, Frank married Patricia Foy and settled in Spring Lake, NJ in 1962, raising their three sons. Retiring in 1999, they divided their time between SC and Exuma, Bahamas. Frank’s love of the water and lifelong passion for boating & fishing led to incredible memories with his family over the years. He is survived by his wife, Patricia, three sons, Frank III, Peter and Steven , daughter-in-law, Nancy, granddaughter Katie and five nephews and their beautiful families. No services are scheduled.
