COL Michele Hipp Noel, 69, U. S. Army, Retired, of Beaufort, SC, died Sunday, October 3, 2021 at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 12:30pm in St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Port Royal with interment in Beaufort National Cemetery with full military honors at 2:00 pm. Michele was born on January 20, 1952 in Columbia, SC. She is the daughter of the late Ralph Hipp and Laurence Etienvre Hipp. Surviving are one son, Stephen Noel(Lindsey); one brother, Eddie Hipp(Connie); two sisters, Francoise Fussell and Caroline Hipp. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Cancer Research Institute or American Cancer Society.
