Christopher Kilby Obituary (1972 - 2024) - Beaufort, South Carolina

Christopher Eugene Kilby, 51 of Beaufort, SC, husband of Melissa Binette Kilby, Father of Piper and Bailey Kilby, passed on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at his residence. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 15, 2024 from 5-7pm at Anderson Funeral Home. Chris was born on September 5, 1972 in Hickory, NC. He is the son of Rebecca "Becky" Crouse Kilby and the late Terry Kilby. Chris loved his family and always put them first. He was a good Husband and Father. He loved to spend time outdoors and take his family fishing as often as possible. He was a good hunter, fisherman, gun enthusiast, and conservationist. Chris was happiest being out on the river or going to the shooting range. He enjoyed sharing his love for fishing and shooting with his daughters and other family members. Surviving in addition to his wife, daughters, and mother, are his sister Terri Tiedemann, her sons Robert Tiedemann (Brandy) and their children and TJ Tiedemann (Katie) and their children, his sister Bonita Marlow, her daughters Lindsay Kilby, her two children, and Callie Kilby, Three Aunts, one Uncle, and numerous cousins. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society, or National Kidney Foundation.
